Mauritius
In the heart of the Indian Ocean, 800km to the east of Madagascar, lies the crown jewel of the Indian Ocean – the majestic island of Mauritius. Mauritius is a year-round destination. Temperatures during the warm, dry months between April and October are usually in the mid-20s (degrees Celsius), rising to the upper 20s in the summer months between November and March. The majestic beauty of Mauritius and Seychelles are the perfect places to say “I do” or embark on a honeymoon so wildly romantic you’ll never want to come home. In Mauritius, choosing the right resort plays a major role in your overall holiday enjoyment. The quality of hotels, what is included, the size of the rooms and the service all vary greatly. We have chosen a selection on the most idyllic sites, on the best beaches which are mainly along the island’s protected west coast.
